We have meetings every month (bar January and August) at Belmont Village Hall so that everyone in the Thameside Forum area, Mostly Riverside ward, can attend, depending where in the Riverside area you live.  As usual everyone who lives or works in the Forum area is welcome to attend these Community Forum meetings either to listen or, ask questions about the local area and community.

Prompt start at 7.00pm - a cuppa on hand as well!

 I hope you will ask your friends and family to attend

 Meetings held at Belmont Village Hall  - Please arrive for free tea and coffee at 6.45 to start the Forum Meeting at 7pm.

 Thameside Forum Meeting Information                 

Meetings are held monthly, on the first Thursday in every month (except JANUARY & AUGUST - when there is a break for NEW YEAR & SUMMER holidays) in Belmont Village Hall annexe which is at the top of Parker Road, off London Road in Grays.

All residents & people who work in the Grays South area are welcome to attend all meetings, to dicuss and find solutions to matters which affect you in Grays South & Thurrock area and for enhancing the local area with the help of the local police and councillors in attendance.

You will be welcomed with a "cuppa" and all meetings will start with a "Police Surgery"  from 6.45pm to 7.00pm & then the Forum meeting will start.  You will learn about council matters & decisions and take part in suggestions for local projects.  If you care about your local area and would like to see some changes, come along!

Although the Community Forum meetings are friendly and informal, order needs to be kept, especially when holding a public meeting,as often, lots of people have something they would like to say, we simply ask you to take your turn till others have finished speaking so that we may all hear.  The Community Forum Code of Conduct is a simple document that guides the way the meeting should be run.....Please read
